Required by the building before arrival. Send the name of each guest (the unit accepts two), your email, phone number and a photo of your ID — it comes straight to us.
Please complete this before you arrive. The building needs every guest registered in advance, so send it as early as you can.

The address
230 NE 4th Street, Miami, FL 33132. The apartment is on the 14th floor.
From the airport
About 8 miles, 20–30 minutes.
By rideshare or taxi
Set the drop-off to 230 NE 4th Street, Miami.
By car
Park on the street when you first arrive (rates vary by block), then move your car into the garage across the street once you have the black fob from the lobby key box.
Getting around
The Metromover is free and runs through Downtown, Brickell and the Arts District. Bayfront Park and Bayside are a short walk east.
Checking in
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Your access code arrives by text before your stay and opens the Keycafe box in the lobby.

Watch for a text before you arrive. It carries your access code and a link to open the key box. It comes from our key system, so the sender may look unfamiliar — it isn't spam. That code is your key.

Find the Keycafe box on the brick wall by the elevator.

Open the box. Type your code on the screen, or tap the link in your text at the reader. A door on the box will open.

Take the keychain. There are two fobs on it. The black fob is the one you will use — elevator, the door of 1402, the amenities and the garage. The other is the Keycafe fob, used only for dropping the keys off at the end of your stay. A lost fob carries a $240 replacement charge, so please keep the keychain together.

Take the elevator to floor 14. Once you are inside the elevator, tap the black fob on the reader to go up.

Parking
There are two ways to park during your stay:
1 · Garage on 3rd Street
The parking garage is directly across the street from the building on 3rd Street. It is a paid garage — nightly parking costs about $45, paid at the garage.
2 · Paid street parking
Available nearby, with rates that vary by spot. Paid through the city's parking app, as posted on the signs.
A note on towing: towing in Downtown Miami is strictly enforced. To avoid any surprises, park only in clearly marked spaces and check the posted signs before leaving your car.
Amenities
Hours & access
Open sunrise to sunset. The black fob on your keychain gets you into the amenity spaces — the same fob that opens the apartment door, so there's nothing extra to collect or carry.
Luggage
The building does not hold luggage before check-in or after checkout.
Packages & deliveries
Food delivery
Couriers are not sent up to the apartment. Please come down to the lobby to meet your delivery.
Packages & mail
The building does not accept packages or mail for guests. Please do not have anything delivered here.
During your stay
Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer. No cards or coins.
Thermostat
By the closet. Turn it right or left to set the temperature.
Air conditioning
Please leave it running rather than switching it off. Miami humidity damages an apartment when the air stops moving.
House rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events of any kind
- No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or in any common area
- Maximum occupancy must be respected
- Follow all building staff and security instructions
- Your access credentials are yours alone — please don't pass them to anyone
- There's no spare key — please keep the keychain with you at all times. A lost fob carries a $240 replacement charge.
Before you go
Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
- Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower. Nothing needs washing.
- Leave the A/C on COOL rather than switching it off.
- Check the closet, the bathroom shelf and anything plugged in by the bed.
- Pull the apartment door shut behind you — it locks itself.
- Take the keychain down to the Keycafe box in the lobby.
- Enter the same access code on the screen, then scan the Keycafe fob. A door will open — put the keychain inside and close it.
